About Us

Lowes Marble Works is a family business and was established in Middleton in rural Derbyshire in 1946. Our manufacturing facility is still based at the same site from where we produce consistently high quality Marble Granite and Limestone products.

Using modern automated machines coupled with traditional skills we produce a wide range of natural stone products from granite kitchen work surfaces, marble, granite, limestone and sandstone flooring, internal and external cladding turned and carved work to intricate inlay work (pietra dura). In addition to our locally quarried limestones we also import a wide range of Marbles and Granites from worldwide sources.
